BetMGM Enhances App Prior To NC Football Kickoff

BetMGM has teamed up with Entain to improve its sports betting app in North Carolina just in time for football season.

Customers will find more NFL and college football betting markets, improved parlay options, and a smart stats feature to enhance the betting experience.

The enhancements come less than two weeks before the Carolina Panthers open their 2024 regular season Sept. 8 on the road against the New Orleans Saints.

BetMGM has made parlay betting easier, expanded NFL betting options

BetMGM NC Sportsbook is available for download in North Carolina now, along with online apps from seven other operators serving the North Carolina sports betting market.

NFL and college football bettors will enjoy several new features, including:

– New same-game parlay tools.

– A more powerful and intuitive parlay builder, allowing customers to build a parlay from anywhere inside the mobile app.

– Wagers tracked in real time.

The new betting slip now shows all betting options from the same window, fixing a bothersome problem. Bettors can now place wagers from the app view with two clicks.

BetMGM has also added several betting options and markets, including:

– 1,000 NFL futures betting markets, including awards, player, and team props.

– Exclusive and differentiated markets for NFL betting.

– Angstrom “Smart Stats” product has been integrated into the app, offering users “key insights, data, and statistics.”

According to BetMGM, the app now features “450 ways to wager on each pro football game.”

North Carolina sports bettors earn points

BetMGM is popular in North Carolina because of its impressive customer loyalty program. The new app makes it even easier for customers to earn points.

All users, existing and new, earn BetMGM Rewards Points and tier credits. Those points can be redeemed for online plays or perks in MGM Resorts properties.

Sportsbooks step up their game for football season

Along with BetMGM, NC sports bettors can expect app improvements from ESPN Bet, announced during the company’s Q2 earnings call. As well, Fanatics Sportsbook NC has also taken strides to improve its app ahead of football season.

This is good news for North Carolinians heading into the first football season with legal online sports betting. If you use BetMGM, Fanatics, ESPN Bet, or any other legal sportsbook in the state, now’s a good time to take a deep dive into your app and see what new features are out there.
